Michael Zipfel, the founder and President of Zipfel Mortgage Group, has been in the mortgage business since graduating from Miami University with a degree in finance in 2001.

With an emphasis on providing no cost/low cost mortgage options, Mr. Zipfel provides lending solutions that minimizes the risk of financial loss due to life’s curveballs, while still providing scenarios that provide undeniable benefit to the borrower.

Rick’s lending philosophy is simple – provide your clients with strategic options that best meet their needs. Following this principle, Rick has established himself as a “go-to” mortgage professional in the Custom Home Building community, as well as the high-end purchase market. Joining Zipfel Mortgage has given him access to the niche products of numerous lenders, enabling Rick to take this philosophy to a whole new level. Rick also serves as a mortgage consultant to many of the members of his church, where he regularly provides pro bono counseling. This consultative approach is punctuated by Rick’s credo – I believe in Relationships, not Transactions.
